DAN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Divers Alert Network has long been recognized as the world’s leading dive safety association. DAN has developed unparalleled first aid educational course offerings, conducted dive research, and developed dive industry safety and accident prevention programs, which have set them apart from the rest of the field. When you become a DAN Instructor or Instructor Trainer, you join a professional organization dedicated to making the sport safer for all divers. You will be an extension of this organization in support of your dive center, students, customers, and the community. Qualify to teach the most comprehensive educational courses available to both recreational and professional divers. SIGN UP
Complete the signup process and the attend your Pro in Paradise Professional Pathway orientation either virtually or in person. Establish an SSI and or DAN Account, affiliate with us and start your journey.
TRAIN
All training begins with your digital learning materials. Once complete, you will begin the practical in-person training phase with your Instructor Trainer(s) and classmates.
CERTIFY
Upon completing your practical training certifications will be submitted to SSI, DAN or both. For those enrolled in SSI Open Water Instructor training, you will attend an Instructor Evaluation.
